1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket or registering for our event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from participating.
2. Ticket Purchase
All ticket sales are final. Please see the refund policy below. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the event and agree to abide by any rules and regulations set forth by the organizers.
3. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, including but not limited to speaker lineups, venues, and dates. In the event of a significant change, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.
4. Code of Conduct
We expect all attendees to behave respectfully and professionally. Offensive or inappropriate behavior may result in the removal from the event without a refund.
5. Liability Waiver
By attending the event, you agree that you are participating at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event.
6. Image and Video Release
By attending the event, you consent to having your image and likeness photographed or recorded. Such images or recordings may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the appropriate court of law.

1. Ticket Refunds
We understand that plans can change. All full pay ticket purchases are 75% refundable up unto 15 days prior to the event. All Deposit Option payments are non-refundable. For full pay transactions, 14 days leading up to the first day of the event, all tickets sales are non-refundable; however they are transferable. Please ensure you are committed to attending the event before finalizing your purchase.
2. Ticket Transfer
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify us at least 5 days in advance to facilitate the transfer.
3. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by the organizers, you will be eligible for a full refund of your ticket price. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.
4. Changes to the Event
In the event of changes to the event schedule or format, ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund. We will make every effort to notify attendees of any changes in advance.
