Thank you for choosing I AM CREE-ATIVE LLC for your web design needs. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Deposit and Payment
– A **50% deposit** is required before any work begins. This deposit is **non-refundable**.
– The remaining balance is due upon completion of the website, prior to the final delivery and publishing.
-Final pricing will be determined after all webpage requests have been receives. An invoice will be distributed.
2. Design Templates
– Clients must select from five pre-defined design templates provided by I AM CREE-ATIVE LLC
– Modifications to the templates will be limited to colors, copy, and images. No other alterations to the design structure are permitted.
3. Content Requirements
– Clients are required to supply all necessary website copy and images.
– Only professional photographs will be accepted. If you wish to use AI-generated website copy and images, a **$50 fee** will apply.
4. Revisions
– Clients are allowed **two revisions** after the initial draft is completed. Any additional revisions will incur extra charges.
-each revision will add 5 days to the completion timeline.
5. Timeline
– The website will be completed within 10 – 15 business days after the following items are received:
– The initial deposit
– Completed information intake form and website onboarding call
– All necessary images and website copy
6. Platform and Hosting
– The website will be generated using WordPress exclusively.
– Hosting services will be provided through Name.com. Clients are responsible for ongoing hosting fees after the website is live.
7. Ownership and Publishing
– The ownership and publishing rights of the website will be transferred to the client only after:
– Final revisions are completed
– Final payment is received or balance is paid.
– Until these conditions are met, I AM CREE-ATIVE LLC retains ownership of the website design.
8. Maintenance and Expansion
– Clients are responsible for maintaining their hosting account and any associated fees.
– Opportunities for website expansion and additional features are available at an extra cost. Please inquire for more details.
– I AM CREE-ATIVE is NOT a Website Developer. We are website designers. If you have issues with your website, you will need to consult a website developer for any problems after your site is live.
9. Limitation of Liability
– I AM CREE-ATIVE LLC is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
– These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging I AM CREE-ATIVE LLC for web design services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
